Quick shank for your Sunday morning

Billy Horshel and Lucas Glover are both turning back the clock in what has become a fantastic finish to the end of the regular Tour schedule. Horschel carded his best round ever with a 62 on Friday and backed that up with a 63 on Saturday. That goes against the statistics on record that say when someone shoots low 60's the next round on average that person shoots in the 70's. For Horschel to go 62, 63 bodes well for his chances on Sunday.

That is if he can hold back the resurgent Lucas Glover, who with his play has vaulted himself over 60 spots up from where he started his FedExCup standing to start Thursday. Glover has never putted as well since adopting the stroke and putter made famous by Adam Scott. Both Horshel and Glover have had fantastic tournaments and look to not only get into the top 70 but the top 50, which will guarantee play into the BMW Championship.

Both players have the pedigree, Horschel former Tour Champion and Glover former Major Champion will look to capitalize on consistent play to this point, and with a splash of luck one of these two will hoist the Wyndham Championship trophy and sail into the FedExCup Playoffs full of swagger!

Ok Ok Ok... So I said Akshay Bhatia was a man on a mission this weekend... yes, yes... my guy missed the cut and his season is over. I am confident that Bhatia will win on Tour next year. Have you seen his swing!? I could watch the guy swing the wrenches until the end of time. He's going to be a star. People love Ludvig Aberg's future... give me Akshay Bhatia all day!

European Ryder Cup Captain Luke Donald has had a solid tournament, besting the United States Captain Zach Johnson (missed cut)... some kind of an omen? Mmmmaybe, Europeans are stacked this time around. If you cannot tell, I love the Ryder Cup and am very much looking forward to it this fall.

Recap of the Wyndham coming up next... enjoy the tournament... swing easy
